The master bedroom is exceptionally large with more than sufficient room for a queen size bed and chaise longue which can sleep an additional two people if required, always handy if you and your family are looking for self catering in Bath!

The lounge/diner is tastefully decorated, has a Bath stone fireplace and benefits from large sash windows making the room very bright and airy with fantastic views across the top of Bath.

The property has been finished to the highest standard and is perfectly situated in Bath around the corner from the Royal Crescent Hotel and its spa facilities. It is a five minute walk from Royal Victoria Park which has a fantastic play area, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and mini golf. It is also five minutes from an eighteen hole golf course and around the corner from one of Bath`s best gastro pubs, Chequers, known for its fabulous steaks! Nearby is the pedestrianised street of Margaret’s Buildings which offers a selection of galleries, restaurants, and boutiques. Also in the nearby St James’s Square there is a delicatessen, chemist, newsagent, green grocer and florist.

Parking is not available with this property as Bath Council do not permit visitor parking permits in the central zone. However, Charlotte Street car park is located a few minutes walk away for £8/24 hours or the park and ride bus stops a two minute walk away. The Bath Spa Railway and bus station are a ten minute walk away.
